From I-65 South: Take Brook Street, exit 136B. Take Brook Street to Jefferson Street. Make left onto Jefferson Street. Jefferson Street — one way going west Market Street — one way going east PARKING Cowger Garage is located at 4th & Market Street (next to FedEx). Commonwealth Garage is located on Jefferson Street (middle of block on left hand side) between 3rd & 4th Streets and connected to Hyatt Regency.
