Trustees 
This ministry assists the church in a variety of issues regarding legal, plant operations and security. Trustees monitor, to have control of, to clean, fix, service, move, make available and good stewards of all the churches' resources such as buildings grounds, equipment, supplies, etc.

Holy Ground
The Holy Ground ministry provides maintenance and up keep of Bates Memorial Baptist Church properties providing an opportunity to reflect being a trustworthy keeper of God’s blessings.

Van/Transportation
The purpose of the Van Ministry is an opportunity for Christians to provide transportation for those who would like to attend the worship services, but are unable to, due to lack of transportation. This is a very essential part of Sunday and Mid-WeekWorship Services as we set out to make access to worship easier eliminating any hindrances that those individuals may have for not attending worship services due to lack of transportation.
