The following policies apply to the On-Line Sales purchased from the www.BatesMemorial.com Website. 

Sales Policy 

Items are paid in full at time of purchase order.  All sales are final. 

Pricing Policy 

  • Cassettes - $5.00 each
  • Bulk Cassettes (3 or more) - $3.00 each
  • CDs - $7.00 each
  • Bulk CDs (3 or more) - $5.00 each
  • DVDs - $10.00 each
  • Bulk DVDs (3 or more) - $7.00 each

Exchange Policy 

All sales are final.  However, exchange will be allowed for same product only in cases of bad product.  Bad product is defined as a Cassette or CD without audio playback or a DVD without either audio or video playback.

Delivery Policy 

Product orders will be processed within 2 weeks of on-line order.  Please allow for standard mailing length of time.

Mailing Policy 

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges are added separate from the product purchase price.

Order Policy 

Orders for product dated over one (1) year old will be processed within 30 days of on-line order.  No orders will be taken for product dated over two (2) years old.
